My approach to therapy is compassionate, engaged and direct. I believe that therapy should be more than a place to just talk about our problems. Together, we can process difficult experiences, dismantle roadblocks in your life, confront pain and shame, acquire new tools to help you move through life, and engage in gentle challenging to help you grow.

I operate from an anti-oppressive lens. I believe that healing occurs in community with each other, rather than in isolation. This is why I think why therapy is so powerful— having a therapist on your journey should be safe, validating, empowering, exciting and (even) fun.
I am 2SLGBTQIA+ affirming. I welcome clients of any gender identity, sexual orientation, or relationship type. I proudly stand and advocate for trans people. I am sex- and kink-positive.
