I offer in-person sessions on Tuesdays and Wednesday afternoons and evenings at my beautiful location on West 4th Avenue (Kitsilano) in Vancouver.

online

I also provide virtual or online therapy to those living in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba on Mondays - Thursdays.

15 minute consultation — Free

50 minute session — $155*

75 minute session — $232.50

*Therapy should be accessible. I offer a sliding scale for those on a limited income and to clients whom I saw during practicum. Email me to learn more.

My rates are consistent with BC Association for Clinical Counsellors  recommended fee schedule guidelines for 2025 of $140 - 165 (+ GST) for a 50 minute individual session.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (#22440) and many extended health benefits plans cover my services. Be sure to check with your benefits provider to confirm that RCCs are covered on your plan.
